Making air travel plans with a team can be one of the most challenging tasks of relay planning. Last minute cancellations on the team and new substitutions add even more work. It can leave the runner who cannot travel with a large expense and it's difficult to find a reasonable rate if you have someone who can go. If you have 10 members who are all traveling at the same time and place it's best to do a group contract. If you have atleast 10 traveling but at different times or from different places you can still get a small discount. |

Group Contracts: Usually on a group contract you must have at least 10 traveling and it must all be on the same flights. What the group contract does for the team is allow for the names to be changed on the air tickets usually up to 24 to 48 hours before the flight, without a fee or price change. |

Group Discounts: If the team cannot travel on the same flights or even from the same city you can still get a discounted rate. This rate is usually 5% but you will not have the flexiblity of changing who is traveling. |
